Meet our Sourcing & Procurement Team

We are inviting you to join the biggest and most experienced Sourcing & Procurement consulting team (+60 professionals) on the Polish market and one of the biggest in CEE. We are seeking candidates who possess the following qualities:

• Deep understanding of CLM functional processes across various functions such as Procurement, Sales, and Legal. (Note: we do not expect a candidate to have covered both Buy-, sell- and legal-side but we do expect the candidate to have implemented Icertis at least for one of these functions)
• Strong familiarity with Icertis functionalities (either as a superuser or as a functional consultant). Configuration abilities or Icertis certifications are an additional asset.
• Experience in facilitating discovery and design workshops on CLM topics to gather requirements and align with stakeholders.
• Expertise in contract structure optimization, including clauses, attributes, and rules.

These qualifications are also required:

• Minimum of 2+ years of hands-on experience in Icertis implementation or related roles.
• Strong analytical skills and a results-oriented approach, with a structured working style.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and proposing solutions in collaboration with team members.
• Minimum master's degree.
• Proficiency in English, with knowledge of other foreign languages such as German, Italian, French, or Spanish considered an asset.
• Agile and Scrum certifications are an additional advantage
• Understanding of the broader technical context of CLM implementation (integration and migration activities) and the end-to-end cycle of a CLM solution implementation.

• Headquarter in Warsaw with offices in Cracow, Wroclaw, Gdansk or Lodz
• We are delivering our work mostly remotely but knowing that Intelligent Consulting Hub Europe (ICH) way of working is also based on traveling and serving advisory, typically working closely with our Clients in their offices, willingness and ability to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term is still required
