As a member of the US Data Management Office, you’ll work in a fast-paced dynamic team where you’ll make a meaningful impact to promote a data-driven culture and proactive data risk management.

What you'll be doing

As a Senior Client Data Modeler, you will support Data Management and Salesforce CRM teams by monitoring and analyzing source data, critical data, and master relationship data within the organization.

  • The analyst models strong leadership skills with the product teams and throughout the organization. This includes strong technical competence in developing data and analytical solutions to complex business problems while also translating the design to functional requirements.
  • This role identifies areas for data quality improvements and works with data owners and stewards to resolve data quality problems through the appropriate choice of error detection and correction, process control and improvement, or process design strategies.
  • You will bring a variety of skills, including excellent organizational and project management skills, be proactive in solving problems, be able to work independently and part of a team and be comfortable communicating with many different levels of employees across the organization.

Work Arrangement: You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-3 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

How you'll succeed

  • Thought leader on client data integrations between Bank systems to ensure consist reporting and enable business use cases. Formulate strategic solutions and support tactical execution of action items
  • Provides data consulting in support of business and technology initiatives for Salesforce and US Data Hub to develop and continuously improve client reporting. This includes, but is not limited to client profitability and financial reporting.
  • Develops a close working relationship with Salesforce Product Team to deliver comprehensive reporting solutions that are in line with strategic goals of the bank and help frontline teams manage their business and client.
  • Conducts data interrogation and analysis in system databases to design data patterns, create reporting, and monitor data quality
  • Assists in the application of procedures of data standards and guidelines on data ownership, coding structures, and data replication to ensure access to and integrity of data sets.
  • Clear and concise communication with business partners and leadership to articulate complex concepts in a manner understandable to the audience.
  • Continuous learning – Be informed and engaged as a subject matter expert on data-related regulatory requirements, organizational policies and standards, as well as industry best practices.

Who you are

  • 10+ years of experience in data analysis and reporting, with at least 5 years in the Financial Services industry
  • 3+ years of experience with Salesforce as an administrator, data modeler, or data engineer
  • Ability to quickly build understanding and ownership of complex data patterns and relationships across multiple systems and databases
  • Strong technical proficiency across multiple coding languages (SQL, Python, etc.), Business intelligence tools, and analytical platforms
  • Self-Directed with excellent time management skills to deliver accurate results among multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment and possesses inherent curiosity to deliver continuous improvement on existing product.
  • Ease of collaborating across multiple stakeholder teams and leaders.
