What We Are Looking For

We are looking for an experienced Product Manager to join SentinelOne’s Singularity Platform team, to lead initiatives on Usage Reporting and License Provisioning that will allow us to bring new offerings to market and extend our existing offerings.

The Singularity Platform team is responsible for the core capabilities of our SaaS offering and operations. We develop and maintain the main workflows in the platform that SentinelOne users use daily to protect their environment.

This is a very visible and hands-on PM role where you will interact with Engineering, Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance, Legal, Customers, Partners, and peers in Product Management. You will work with the Singularity Platform Engineering teams to bring new features and capabilities to market for our customers and partners. You will lead in building and enhancing internal tools for efficient metering, usage reporting, and license provisioning.

You will join our Global Product Team and work with engineering teams from Israel, the Czech Republic, the US, and more.

What Will You Do?

  • Drive customer-facing dashboard initiatives that bring usage insights for our customers.
  • Assist in developing comprehensive customer usage notification systems to inform customers about projected usage and alerts w.r.t. thresholds.
  • Enhance internal tools for efficient license provisioning and provide visibility to customers to their entitlements.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market trends to support data-driven decisions.
  • Drive workflow automation to improve customer experience.
  • Establish a shared vision of the Platform within the company while working with cross-functional team members.
  • Drive focus and speed within your team to ship products and features.

What You'll Need

  • 5+ years of Product Management at enterprise-level SaaS organizations.
  • Experience with subscription management, consumption billing, and/or license provisioning.
  • Knowledge of infrastructure and data pipelines is a big plus.
  • A proven track record as a Platform PM who can collaborate with other PMs and multiple departments across the organization.
  • An action-oriented mindset with a proven track record of balancing the delivery of long-term goals and short-term objectives.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to properly translate and articulate positioning and technology.
  • Proven ability to work effectively with local and remote teams in different time zones.
  • Strong quantitative and business analysis skills.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
  • Experience with SaaS Platforms and Cloud native technologies. - Advantage.
  • Previous experience with tools such as Jira, Salesforce, and Figma-Advantage.
