ABOUT LIVERAMP'S PUBLISHER TEAM

LiveRamp’s publisher team is responsible for driving the success of one of our most important strategic initiatives, the Authenticated Traffic Solution (ATS). We create trusted partnerships with publishers, broadcasters and app developers to ensure we have the world’s most premier ecosystem.

ABOUT THIS JOB

In this role, you will lead our North American publisher business development team to drive the adoption of the Authenticated Traffic Solution and other publisher solutions across the US, Canadian and Mexican markets. Embracing a player/coach role, you will provide strong leadership and guidance to a team of experienced business development managers whilst also pursuing your own pipeline opportunities.

You'll work closely with multiple LiveRamp stakeholders to ensure we're able to rapidly onboard publishers to use this service. You'll support your team to develop strong relationships with the largest publishers across the market and be seen as their advisor for identity and data collaboration.

  • Team Leadership - you’ll provide strong support and leadership, by empowering team members to work hard and foster a culture of inclusivity and collaboration. You’ll provide guidance and instruction on a day-to-day basis to ensure team members understand their goals and execute their responsibilities to their full potential. This includes conducting regular team meetings and weekly one-on-one meetings with team members to evaluate progress and discuss professional development.
  • Pipeline Management - you’ll oversee all aspects of the North America publisher pipeline growth and forecast timelines and potential blockers.
  • Pitching to Publishers - you’ll be able to quickly and articulately pitch the value of people-based identity to a publisher and why they should implement our Authenticated Traffic Solution. You’ll be able to handle objections, qualify if a publisher is a good fit, and get the publisher comfortable with adoption.
  • Day-to-day workstream tracking – you’ll be working with many publishers, all on different timelines. It’s critical that you’re able to project manage the different efforts and make sure that we’re meeting goals around contract signing and implementation. You’ll be the project manager across legal, privacy, product, and implementation and you’ll be responsible for making sure the publisher’s needs are met.
  • Publisher Relationship Management - Once a publisher has adopted, that's just the beginning. You'll nurture a long term, strategic relationship with the publisher and become their go to person on identity.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • More than 5 years experience in a team lead of management role.
  • Strong existing publisher network across the United States (Canada and Mexico markets a bonus)
  • AdTech background is a big plus - particularly an understanding of header bidding, TCF, SSP, DSP and/or Identity solutions
  • Remarkably driven, operationally strong and well organised. The ability to track and forecast pipeline opportunities across the team is key. This is a major, fast paced initiative for LiveRamp and you’ll be crucial to its success.
  • Independent and self-sufficient. You need little management, only coaching and mentorship.
  • Strong track record of working with a range of stakeholders to deliver on your objectives.
  • Excellent time management, project management and communication skills.

The approximate annual compensation range is $250,000.00 to $290,000.00. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be determined by a number of factors including the applicant's experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, geography, as well as internal equity among our team.
