This position will be based in Empire Tower, Bangkok.

Responsible for digesting process automation requirements and developing tools to realize the requirements to help the operation team improve working efficiencies and productivities, reduce manual update error to support operation qualities control, sustain performance accordingly.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for capturing the business requirements and understand the strategic impact from business team and develop the technical solution to improve efficiency and reduce human error.
• Accountable for drafting development plan for each project and fulfill the developments and modifications of the tool
• Partner with the commercial team (CX & DEL) to understand processes and requirements and identify the Automation opportunity innovatively through Gemba and Sit-in
• Maintain effective communication channel with Business Team for problem reporting, feedback, etc
• Hold the training/sharing for commercial teams (CX, DEL & others) of basic programming skills related.

We are looking for

• Minimum 1 year experience in the automation field from any background. Logistics background is preferred.
• Can-Do attitude driven personality for understanding operation pain first then providing automation solution.
• Logical learning skill. Good sense of logics.
• Willing to learn and willing to try oriented working style.
• Well-structured, change oriented and results focused.
• Excellent English communication skill to handling daily communication.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with technical and non-technical team members.
• Advanced in VBA Macro/excel with other Automation framework such as Selenium/FlaUI.
• Knowledge in Python is a MUST
• Experience on HTTP API, HTML, Javascript, Reactjs, Nodejs, PostgreSQL, Power Automate is a plus
• Advanced in one of high-level programming language (C# and JAVA) and SQL Database is a plus
