Who is Studio 99: 

Studio 99 is a full service creative and production agency. The commercial arm of Studio 99 provides creative and production services to a variety of brands, including fashion, automotive, heath & wellness and luxury. We offer creative ideation through to final asset delivery or the flexibility to work with client’s own creative agencies or in house creative teams. We specialise in delivering a full campaign package including social, digital, TVCs, photographic and behind the scenes assets; with a focus on beautiful visuals, storytelling and outstanding client servicing.

What You'll Do:

This role is a 6-month fixed-term contract.

On a day to day basis you will scope jobs, manage budgets, engage suppliers, oversee health and safety and work on the logistics of our productions along side our in-house and freelance producers. Supporting across digital, commercial and stills shoots in the UK and aboard. Additionally, you will work with our Production Executive to improve accounting and contractual processes within the department. This is also a client facing role in some instances, so you will need to demonstrate exceptional communication and relationship management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Scoping jobs and originating production budgets.
  • Co-ordinating production logistics or hiring the necessary support to deliver this.
  • Sourcing, booking and negotiating deals with production suppliers and crew.
  • Oversee health and safely and insurance on productions.
  • Writing risk assessments.
  • Booking or coordinating the booking of kit, working closely with DOP’s and Photographers.
  • Working alongside the Production Executive draw up production agreements and supplier contracts.
  • Complete job reconciliations, including invoice & expenses processing, reporting into Senior Production team and head of finance regularly.
  • Wrapping jobs, filing and ensuring all drives and logged and stored safely.
  • Be an integral part of a growing team of talented production personnel.
  • While the above are key, there will also be occasions where the production manager is required to client manage or post produce, so a willingness to offer support in areas outside of the traditional PM role is essential.

Required skills, experience, and qualifications:

  • At least four years working as a Production Manager.
  • Significant prior experience working in a team to create digital, commercial and stills productions.
  • Extensive experience preparing budgets for digital, commercial and stills productions.
  • Process driven.
  • Proactive, methodical, with a meticulous eye for detail.
  • Have an understanding of APA terms and conditions.
  • Experienced in advising on health & safety and drawing up risk assessments.
  • Strong track record of ensuring productions are delivered within budget.
  • Experience in drawing up and offering feedback on production agreements, supplier agreements and talent contracts.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
  • Excellent communicator with a strong work ethic.
  • First-class organisational & project-management skills.
  • Experienced with working with high-profile talent.
  • Experienced with setting up and attending international shoots.
  • Demonstrate ability to support team across multiple projects.
  • This role could appeal to someone who has previous experience as a Producer.
