Job Description/Responsibilities

The TA Delivery Leader will lead recruiting efforts for roles in Strategic (corporate administrative) Functions, including Sales, HR, Finance, IT, Marketing, and International.

Reporting to the global TA leader, this role will be responsible for leading a team, planning, process execution and innovation, analytical deep dives, and operational leadership that will positively influence the caliber and experience of our new hires and the business.

This position partners with business leaders and HR Business Partners to develop and execute sourcing strategies, hiring plans, monitor outcomes, and educate on shared processes while identifying opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of the recruiting model.

Essential Job Functions

  • Lead team in the design and execution of talent identification and attraction strategies that support business objectives, improve team member and business performance, and generate a return on investment for the business.
  • Drive optimal team and individual productivity that balances cost, quality, and speed.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies, ensuring team metrics and SLAs are met.
  • Provide direct supervision and leadership to Recruiters, establish department and individual performance goals, and design and deliver training to support employee development.
  • Build organizational capability and expertise through selecting and developing high performing team members.
  • Champion consistency and standards in recruitment policies and practices while overseeing all aspects of the talent acquisition process to facilitate productivity and predictability.
  • Leverage best practices and technology to drive quality hiring decisions and Candidate/Hiring Manager experience leading to high customer satisfaction.
  • Ensure the department's policies and procedures are compliant with Company’s policies and legal guidelines.
  • Coach management on effective recruitment and interviewing practices and facilitate interview training.
  • Partner closely with broader HR organization to ensure proper risk management and compliance requirements are upheld.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans for each department.

Qualifications/Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelors’ Degree
  • Five years of experience leading experienced recruiting teams.
  • 10+ years of relevant work experience, focused in domestic and international corporate recruiting.
  • Experience working with and extracting data from complex ATS and/or HRIS.
  • Ability to consult with business partners and translate complex business analyses into concise, clear, and compelling executive-level recommendations.
  • Well-developed business acumen, with an affinity for innovative technology to supplement recruiting efforts.
  • History building collaborative business partner relationships.
  • Act as a change agent and effectively utilize change management practices.
  • Self-starter who is “wired” to plan, prioritize, and execute.
  • Ability and tendency to learn quickly and thrive in growth environments.
