Asset/Investment Management Full Time Executive Director

The Morgan Stanley Private Credit (“MSPC”) Liability Management team is responsible for the negotiation, structuring, execution, and management of fund level financing solutions across a spectrum of different Direct Lending funds and separately managed accounts. The VP/Executive Director - Liability Management will work in conjunction with the CFO of the direct lending platform and Head of Capital Markets on executing various financing solutions including securitizations, subscription-lines, corporate revolvers, asset-based facilities, unsecured bonds, and other bespoke financing solutions for various direct lending funds.

Wage Transparency Statement:
Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $150,000 and $275,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
