Boeing Poland Engineering and Technology Center is currently seeking a Boeing Commercial Airplanes Customer Support Service Engineering Airframe Project Manager to join our team located in Rzeszow, Poland.

You will be leading the development and execution of project and process plans, implement policies and procedures and set operational goals. You will solicit resources for projects and processes, provide technical leadership in the management of suppliers and partners and lead process improvements. Ideally, you have a consistent record of building and maintaining effective relationships and partnerships with customers, collaborators, peers, partners and direct reports. You bring a distinctive understanding of seek-speak-listen behaviors and are leading by example. You manage, develop and motivate employees.
