Inviting applications for the role of Senior Manager- Reporting Expert- HR Transformation Project

As Reporting expert for HR transformation project, you will be responsible for all the activities related to development and maintenance of HR Reporting in Power BI, Workday, etc. This role is of not only high visibility but also one that is bound to have high growth potential. And that is why we are looking for a self-starter who is energetic, agile, and passionate about Digital Transformation and can work closely with senior leadership in the organization. 

Responsibilities

  • Be a thought leader and imagine the way business intelligence and reporting is looked at in the organization. 
  • Analyzing and documenting the existing reporting landscape, including sources, formats, structures, and end users
  • Liaison with HR stakeholders and ERP team within the organization to understand the data reporting requirements.
  • Collaborating with Cross-functional teams, such as IT, business, legal, and compliance, to ensure HR data reporting needs are met.
  • Understand HR processes and identify key metrics the organization should measure within different processes and incorporate the same in the reports.
  • Documenting and communicating reporting activities, outcomes, and metrics to stakeholders.
  • Validating data and the reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accessibility.
  • Managing risks, issues, and dependencies related to data reporting
  • Agree on business transformation rules for every metric/ KPI with stakeholders. 
  • Define governance and control plans for reporting
  • Constantly innovate and bring market best practices in our operating model.

Minimum qualifications

  • Ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally with various stakeholders and present to organization leadership.
  • Strong problem-solving skills 
  • Strong Program management and Stake holder skillset.
  • Should have can-do mindset.
  • Management Reporting and Escalation handling
  • Outstanding collaboration and interpersonal skills 
  • Ability to handle projects independently. 
  • Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Comfortable working with data and numbers 
  • Self-learner
  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills
  • Proficiency in WD Reporting and excel.
  • Should have working knowledge of reporting tools like Power BI/ Tableau
  • Graduates & Above
