Key Accountabilities: 

  • Grow the business in assigned territories and achieve the sales objectives set by the company

  • Develop and cultivate strong relationships with existing and new customers, and serve as the principal customer liaison point for all customers in assigned territories

  • Develop and maintain internal customer databases

  • Plan and manage territorial product distribution and consignment models

  • Gather market information including surgeons’ preference, territory peculiarities, competitors’ product feature, competitors’ sales promotion, and competitors’ marketing activities

  • Provide timely feedback to the company through all established feedback and reporting channels (monthly report cards, daily activity reports, call planning cards, etc)

  • Attend spine cases and provide customer care support consultation and advice.

  • Participate in the case standby duty roster

  • Assist to cover team members for case coverage when necessary or upon request of Sales Manager/ Sales Supervisor or team leader/ coordinator.

  • Be involved in and provide support for product launches, seminars and workshops.

  • Ensure the highest levels of product knowledge are attained and maintained

  • Liaise and coordinate with Logistics and Customer Service colleagues on day-to-day sales operations and activities

  • Participate in the SFE (Sales Force Effectiveness) umbrella of processes for planning, delivering and analyzing sales calls

Skill, Experience and Knowledge:

  • Minimum 1 to 4 year experience in medical sales preferred

  • Strong sales acumen 

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in medical/biomedical science or nursing is preferred
