Salesforce AI Cloud is hiring a Senior Director, Product Management, to join our Frontier AI organization. Partnering with the renowned Salesforce AI Research organization and marquee development customers, this team is responsible for identifying market opportunities connected to AI research, rapidly prototyping, learning, and achieving product-market fit on frontier and emerging capabilities.
As the Senior Director of Product Management, you will play a pivotal role in partnering with, and driving success for our Customers to build prototypes at the edge of AI innovation. You will manage product development for critical priorities on our Frontier roadmap, collaborating closely with select customers to rapidly define, iterate and deliver innovation prototypes on the cutting edge of AI.
The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of the AI/machine learning ecosystem, and have direct experience delivering 0-to-1 products at startup speed. Experience with experimental product development, and strong customer-facing collaboration skills are a must. Experience with Salesforce Platform is a plus. You are capable of operating in a rapid experimentation mode with our most sophisticated customers, building prototypes quickly, and proving value.

For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $223,000 to $372,900.
Compensation offered will be determined by factors such as location, level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for incentive compensation, equity, benefits.
