MAIN DUTIES:

  • Medical Field Force Evaluation: 
  • Use the MFFE Navigator diagnostic tool as a guide to continuously evaluate the MFFE, and determine the skills and other business, structure, or HR gaps affecting the MFFE. Share the insights with the NFOM, Marketing team, and CBM to assist with and support the proposed actions to improve the effectiveness. 
  • Medical Field Force competency development: 
  • Set standards for MFF recruitment and Induction programs to ensure field readiness of a competent, confident ambassador for the Nestle brand in a limited period. 
  • Coordinate global skills training accreditation of the PDMs with rollout, training updates, or refreshers. Should there be no PDM reporting, the concerned MFOEM will be responsible for conducting the same for the Market/s himself/herself.
  • Coaching of the MFF Management team as per the identified skills and leadership gaps, to increase the effectiveness of their MFF teams, through coaching. 
  • Strategy coordination between Marketing and Field Operations:
  • Coordinate the MFFE team input and feedback in all aspects of the LUPA journey.
  • Custodian of all business intelligence data for analytical purposes and feedback to drive marketing and field operations strategies, structure, HCP, and HCI segmentation and targeting decisions.
  • MFF cycle preparation product- and HCP engagement aid training. 
  • Conference and Scientific meeting planning and execution (Market-specific, can be the role of the MSRU or marketing as well.) 
  • MFFE reward and recognition:
  • Support HR in the benchmarking of the MFF salary package vs. competitors and the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Incentive scheme and recognition system development to drive business results and motivate performance. 
  • MFF career planning and succession planning:
  • Alignment with MFF management and HR for MFF development planning, MFF-specific training opportunities, and stretched assignments as per PDG career aspirations, talent calibrations, and succession plans for the business.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • More than 2 Years experience in a senior management position in the MFF Operations, Strategic Institution management, or People development teams, with people management responsibilities including recruitment, coaching, and performance management as well as strategic, business, and resource management responsibilities.
  • Collaborating with national, internal, and external counterparts and HCPs for insights and strategy execution support.
  • Project Management
  • Presentations to groups or training experience. 
  • Budget management.
  • Microsoft Office package.
