Title : Senior Product Manager

One of the core missions of the Marketplace Trust team is to enhance our compliance framework to ensure the highest standards of legality and security in financial transactions. As we expand our operations, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Product Manager to lead compliance-related projects and initiatives. 

The ideal Senior Product Manager for this role

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive compliance strategies for the marketplace, considering both loca and international regulations.
• Provide leadership and guidance to products related to regulatory approvals, ensuring successful project delivery on time and within budget.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, operations to integrate compliance measures seamlessly into existing processes.
• Develop a clear product vision and strategy for your area. Collaborate with stakeholders to align product goals with the overall company vision and contribute to the product roadmap's development.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate compliance measures seamlessly into existing processes. Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to address compliance challenges.
• Lead the development and execution of projects. 
• Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to make informed product decisions. Monitor key metrics, customer satisfaction scores, and operational efficiency to identify areas of improvement and validate the success of implemented solutions.
• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. Conduct competitive analysis to identify areas where Poshmark can differentiate and lead in supporting innovation.

6-Month Accomplishments: 

• Identify KPIs and create a metrics framework for measuring feature success.
• Be a champion of your product area.
• Develop and own the product roadmap.
• Implement and monitor Anti Money Laundering (AML) policies and procedures alongside domain leaders in the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. 
• Proven experience of 3-4+ years in product management.
• Passion for customer-centricity and a track record of driving customer-focused product enhancements.
• Has experience running customer research independently to gain customer empathy. 
• Strong analytical background and data-driven, demonstrating the ability to understand key performance drivers and ability to execute against findings.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead projects from ideation to successful execution.
• Outstanding communication skills and the ability to articulate complex ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Prior experience with KYC verification, AML policies, and other compliance-related areas is preferred. 
• A strong understanding of financial regulations and the ability to interpret and apply them to business operations is a plus.
• Flexible to work in overlapping time zones and collaborate effectively with HQ teams
