HYBRID ROLE

As a Voice Trading Manager you will be in charge of the elaboration of the strategy of your countries (ten or so) and the achievement of the performance objectives. You will work daily in collaboration with the salespersons distributed all over the world (Americas, Europe, Asia, Middle East).

Recruiting a Voice Trading Manager who will act as a business partner with the mission to implement a strategy of development of the countries of their portfolio and manage their revenue, margin and market share performance. Within this framework, you will advise and support the salespersons, you will intervene in the commercial negotiations and may have to take part in the international shows and/or make isolated business trips to meet customers.

Your role is to dispatch the international voice traffic to the destinations of your portfolio. You know the conditions, the market prices of your countries and closely follow their variations, so that you can anticipate them. You elaborate each half year a strategy to be implemented (purchase, sales and prices policy, positioning in terms of quality and numbering plan) and operate it on a daily basis : change in providers, price evolution management, volumes management and implementation of commercial routing on your countries. As a Voice Trading Manager you will keep an eye on the contract obligations with each client through the traffic volumes monitoring and guarantee the quality of service of the calls to your countries.

Numbering Plan Manager

The Numbering Plan Manager is responsible for the quality of the international numbering plan. Therefore He/She manages, analyzes, and implements the numbering plan per destination for the Voice and Messaging wholesale business. This role contributes to the development of the international numbering plan quality process in accordance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.You will work closely with different teams and /or entity to avoid risks and maximize profitability on a per destination basis.The main function is to help optimize and simplify the commercial numbering plan for the country they manage, with the aim of selling it more effectively to carriers and improving the margin per minute and guarantee the consistency of the technical, official, and commercial numbering plan.

Description of the activities:

Analyze the international numbering plan to better sell destinations to our customers (Carriers).

Support the sales and marketing community: Trading Desk, Product Manager VAS, Account Managers, and ISP/AFA and updates the information system's commercial reference numbering plan: 2RT, and more specifically, can propose the opening of new ranges of fixed, mobile and VAS numbers in all countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement numbering plans for Voice and Messaging Products.
  • Manage numbering resources including number blocks, ranges, and assignments with strong collaboration with IT and technical teams.
  • Conduct analysis and evaluation to define strategy and identify opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to address numbering plan issues and resolve disputes if needed.
  • Stay informed about changes and updates to numbering plan regulations and requirements issued by regulatory agencies and industry bodies.
  • Representing Orange Wholesale International on external workgroups dedicated to Numbering Plan implementation.
  • Perform regular audits and assessments to ensure accuracy and integrity of numbering data.

You have an experience in developing business opportunities.

You need a good level of spoken and written English (French is a plus)

You want to live an experience of trading, using the associated instruments : options, stocks, exchange rate.
