Overview
Responsible for the development, implementation, and management of the Bank’s enterprise change oversight framework. This will include leading the design, implementation, execution, and strategic development of the enterprise-wide change oversight framework, including risk assessment for new products/services, strategic projects, and significant business activities. This role will coordinate with leaders across the Three Lines to ensure adherence to policies and standards relevant to the assessment, challenge, and approval of these activities. This includes development of efficient and effective stakeholder engagement as well as coordination of ongoing monitoring. This role will have direct accountability for operational risk assessment and oversight activities within this framework. To perform this role, a high level of interaction is required with business units and associates at all levels of the organization.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree, with a minimum of 10 years financial services experience, preferably in enterprise risk management, operational risk management, compliance, and/or audit.
