We are seeking a Senior Communications Specialist to join American Tower’s Human Resources (“HR”) team. The HR team works cross-functionally to help the organization reach its goals by attracting, engaging, and developing people within a culture that inspires excellence. As a Senior Specialist, you will help develop and successfully execute communications programs for the U.S. Tower division that foster an understanding of business goals, improve cross-functional collaboration, inspire, and engage. You will research, write, and edit impactful communications delivered across multiple channels, including our employee intranet and social media. This role requires creativity, strong attention to detail, and the ability to write and edit for various formats and audiences.
