About the role
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate timely shipments of goods to distributors from consignment warehouse and improve the efficiency of the process;
- Handling customers’ claims related to damages, shortages in the delivery;
- Organize proper management of customers’ orders;
- Maintain relevant documentation flow with external warehouse;
- Prepare, update and submit required monthly closing reports;
- Develop and maintain strong working relations with other departments (Quality, DRA, Finance, Market Access, external warehouse) for timely support to the customers regarding sales planning and ongoing products related changes.

- 1-3+ years supply chain experience in a multinational company;
- Knowledge of distribution mechanism;
- Knowledge of tender process
- Analytical thinking and high accuracy with numbers
- Upper-intermediate in English
- High level of self-management and accountability
- Pharma experience is a big advantage
