JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Brewery Controller plays a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting and adherence to IFRS and company policy are our breweries to allow for clear financial information and assist in decision making to improve brewery performance.

The Brewery Controller will be involved in completing and compiling monthly financial results, working with operational staff to understand variances and communicating results to senior management.

Here is a brief list of what you will be working on:

  • Lead financial processes including month end activities, standard costing and financial reporting
  • Ensure & maintain financial standards, budget and control for breweries
  • Create financial results on operational Brewery performance (variance to plan, analysis of variances, etc)

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in finance/accounting as financial analyst/controller/accountant
  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • CPA designation or equivalent experience
  • Strong Microsoft excel skills
  • Knowledge of Management Accounting and Variance Analysis
  • Strong communication skills
