JOB INFORMATION

Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst to join our Rotech Team to own, execute and work on enterprise level transition projects within our organization. 

  • This is a Business Analyst & Administrator role, where the Business Analyst will also be doing some Salesforce configuration activities.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong and demonstrated experience with Salesforce, along with a strong analytical mindset and extensive experience with business process definition/improvement. They will have the ability to quickly grasp a deep understanding of business pain points, requirements roadmap, user personas, design thinking approach and interpret complex data. 
  • They will have experience, either hands-on or as a SME, in the Healthcare space, preferably as it relates to a Provider who is receiving Referrals / Orders from a Doctor/Hospital and fulfilling them. This can be in the DME/HME space, Home Health Care, or Pharmacy environments.
  • As a Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the success of our company’s business transformation initiatives using the Salesforce platform and ecosystem and providing functional guidance to the teams.
  • The candidate must be able to collaborate effectively with leadership and senior management levels of the company’s stakeholders, drive results, proactively identify and resolve problems, and make challenging decisions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own and Lead discovery calls, requirement gatherings, workshop, and interviews
  • Facilitate and present business use case walk-thru sessions to stakeholders
  • Document requirements and specifications, through user stories, for improvement, solution outcomes to ensure business requirements are met in an agile environment.
  • Understand and document requirements for configuring, testing, and launching our Salesforce solution, as well as, any other Rotech project solutions on other systems
  • Create high-level models and user prototype interfaces to identify and validate business processes and solutions, developing cross-functional business process flows, high-level business architecture diagrams, etc.
  • Able to create powerful and necessary documentation using tools such as Visio, Monday.com, SnagIt etc. Proficient expertise using Word, Excel and Teams.
  • Demonstrated experience in understanding and documenting business requirements for process flow diagrams sequence diagrams, Use Case diagrams etc. with a holistic thought process
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams and technical partners to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions and implement those changes as appropriate
  • Collaborate with development teams, architects, database developers and project managers to identify key data points and develop reporting solutions
  • SBSA will not only help gather requirements but also implement the declarative configuration enhancements and changes on the Salesforce platform
  • Hands on experience with Salesforce Admin activities - custom flows, workflows, approval processes, custom settings, validation rules, fields, page layouts, and record type to build out and improve internal processes
  • Hands on with building reports, dashboards and data retrieving in Salesforce and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Proactively identify and troubleshoot functional discrepancies and issues related to Salesforce and related applications

QUALIFICATIONS

Employment is contingent on

  • Valid driver’s license in state of residence with a clean driving record (when applicable for the position)

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, applications, Information Technology, or related field desired, but years of experience and certifications may be considered equivalent 
  • 5 to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst / Administrator with at least 4 years as Sr. Salesforce Business Analyst/ Administrator
  • Able to understand Salesforce architecture, Lightning UI (User Interface), Flow, Configuration, Data Model/Custom Objects, OmniChannel, Communities, OmniScript, etc.
  • Knowledge of Salesforce security model and declarative customization
  • Knowledge of Agile software development processes and best practices
  • At least 2 Salesforce Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce BA, etc

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities

  • Effectively communicate in English; both oral and written, with location employees and team members to ensure questions and concerns are processed in a timely manner
  • Strong business analysis skills with experience in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, and reports
  • Well versed in most of the Salesforce Clouds, e.g. Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Health Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
  • Experience in Salesforce Health Cloud and Service Cloud is highly desirable
  • Familiarity with data management and reporting best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Passionate about the Salesforce platform and enjoy working with multiple business stakeholders to solve complex challenges
