We are looking for a Recruiter to focus on our Wellness brands, Timely & SalonBiz. Timely and SalonBiz serve over 24,000 customers in 100 countries. We provide booking and client management software and are on a mission to build the leading platform for beauty professionals. Between us, we offer SaaS solutions to customers of varying sizes and stages, serving different customer profiles within the beauty industry. Our software helps business owners take control of their calendar, make more money and deliver amazing experiences that keep their clients coming back. 

The core purpose of your role as Recruiter is to help us find the right people to achieve our goals. You believe that people are the lifeblood to any company and know that hiring world-class talent is core to our success. From generating pipeline to maintaining a high offer acceptance rate, you are truly a partner to Hiring Managers and candidates alike. 

You have a “no candidate left behind” mentality, you’re passionate about making the candidate experience delightful by ensuring inclusivity and considered communication through every step of the hiring process. 

This is a fixed-term role for 6 months, to set us up with the right people to smash our 2024 goals. 

You’ll be responsible for: 

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for select roles within EverCommerce and our Wellness business unit. Roles are based across Australia, New Zealand and the UK. 
  • Oversee approval processes, following up where needed and ensuring appropriate approvals are in place to make an offer to candidates. 
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand business needs and create strategies to identify, attract, and engage with the best talent. Support them to conduct candidate phone screens and interviews. 
  • From sourcing to referrals, you’ll build and maintain a network of potential candidates and connect them to the right opportunity within EverCommerce. 
  • Provide end-to-end communication with candidates, ensuring timely updates and smooth transitions throughout each stage in the hiring process. 
  • Proactively partner with Payroll, IT and successful candidates to ensure they are set up for success before their first day of work and have their home workstation set up. 
  • Maintain weekly status reports for the Exec Team on recruitment progress. 

We’d love to hear from you if you have: 

  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting in New Zealand, bonus if you’re also familiar with the Australian and/or UK market. 
  • Experience sourcing and closing roles ranging from Junior to Leadership positions 
  • Relentless drive to find the best talent and connect them with the right opportunity within EverCommerce 
  • Top notch communication skills. You can connect and effectively communicate with people of all levels and from all backgrounds 
  • Ability to coach hiring managers throughout the recruiting process 
  • Flexibility. A fast-paced, high change environment excites you 
  • Experience using Workday preferred 
  • Experience with contract generation software, we use Juro
