Our Oncology & Hematology Business Unit is seeking a Marketing Sr Manager to lead the strategy for the products under his/her responsibility:
Lead cross-functional Product Team
Drive motivation of sales force towards brand aspiration (cycle, launch meetings and on an ongoing basis)
Develop and implements Country Brand Plan in full congruence with International Brand Plan, adapting to local needs/market reality when applicable
Give input for LRP with Business Planner
Give input for national sales target and achieves agreement with Business Unit Leader and Sales/District Managers
Design and execute promotional activities (detail aids, message scripts, advertising, congresses, etc.) in line with international branding and key messages
Partner with international PM to ensure knowledge transfer and best practice sharing
Analyze market research and develops POA
Coordinate competitive intelligence and drives competitive action plans
Partner with the Medical Affairs Manager to optimize the brand performance (goals of clinical trials, KOL development, etc.)
Partner with other PM in Franchise Team on joint projects
Recruit and manages external vendors
Identify business opportunities and develops business cases

Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of experience in industry
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager
Documented experience in Oncology/Hematology area
Strong communication/presentation skills – including oral and written fluency in English and Spanish
Documented track record of product launch
Cross-functional leadership experience (i.e. teams/projects)
Creative thinker (e.g. experience in developing innovative marketing programs/ campaigns; use of digital strategy)
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Knowledge of the hospital and specialty business in Spain
Track record in achieving and retaining market leadership position
Financial and budgeting skills and experience
Computer skills (MS Office programs)

Preferred Requirements
Minimum 2 years in an international company
MBA or marketing/Business degree preferred
Health Care Degree (biologist, pharmacist, medical) preferred
