Transfer Agency Operations Senior Analyst 

Reporting to: TA Operations Assistant Manager 

Job Summary 

This role involves monitoring the day-to-day fund operations for a number of Irish domiciled collective investment schemes, including daily oversight of the third-party fund administrators, depositaries and investment managers contracted by those funds.

Core Expectations & Contributions at this Level

Client Delivery

  • Oversee the delegated Transfer Agents to deliver top class service levels via supervision of service delivery through the ongoing compliance with SLAs, timely and accurate reporting including appropriate KPIs and periodic service review calls and onsite review meetings. 
  • Day to day oversight of the Administrator’s activities in processing investor dealings, issuing investor statements and contract notes and resolving investor enquiries. 
  • Assist in the reviewing the Administrator’s calculations of all investor dealing related fees including; performance, redemption and distribution fees. 
  • Assisting in the oversight of the preparation and issuance of all investor related communications including; fund factsheets, KIIDs, financial statements and fund supplements. 
  • Managing 3rd party service providers such as KIID providers, data vendors and Distributors. 
  • Assist with the completion and distribution of scheduled third party static data files. 
  • Assist clients with new fund/class launches and registration of the same in all relevant jurisdictions. 
  • Assist in the completion and maintenance of the TA sections of each clients Management Company Report for presentation to our clients Boards on a quarterly basis. 
  • Assisting the business development team on ad hoc projects related to transfer agency issues. 
  • Demonstrate ownership, understanding, ongoing management and a client service excellence mentality in all that you do.

  • At all times ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and with relevant short-, medium- and long-term objectives and values of the organisation. 
  • Promote risk awareness, assessment, and control within the organisation. 
  • Assist with the development, implementation and maintenance of appropriate policy, procedures, process flows and job aids to meet internal control and external compliance/regulatory requirements. 

Communication / Change Management

  • Effectively contribute in all relevant communication forums through being suitably prepared and performing the delivery of verbal and written submissions / conclusions as appropriate. 
  • Contribute to and support the effective delivery of the Pathways Framework objectives and ongoing Communication / Engagement plan. 
  • Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required. 
  • Excellent administrative, organisational, and business support skills. 
  • Strong communication skills with experience in managing multiple internal and external relationships. 
  • Ability to work accurately to tight deadlines. 
  • Proactive and able to work independently, but also with your team. 
  • Working knowledge of MS Office suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 
  • Sound procedural, technical and product knowledge of your specific functional responsibility and the entire business /Funds Industry is preferred.
  • 3 to 5 years financial service experience preferably with exposure to the fund industry.
