Summary

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the Room Division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation's Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. To ensure the smooth and efficient running of all operational aspects of the Rooms Division and to ensure that the various departments are run according to the standards set for the brand in general and the hotel specifically.

Qualifications

  • Ideally with a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
  • Minimum 2 years of work experience as Director of Rooms, or Front Office Manager in larger operation
  • Good problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills are a must.
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service, and ability to improve the bottom line.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic backgrounds.
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills.
