About the role

The Restaurant Chef plays an important role in the setting the course for the kitchen team and works closely with the Executive Sous Chef and Executive Chef.

What you will do

Responsibilities include menu and recipe creation, banquet event execution, participating in tastings, ensuring a consistent product, quality control, food cost control, labor control, daily operation organization, and developing and training a solid culinary team. Must demonstrate high standards of professionalism and have a passion for providing a unique and delicious culinary experience for the guests.

What you bring

  • This position requires experience with Mexican Cuisine.
  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in the same position in a luxury environment
  • Strong leadership skills
