We are looking for qualified candidate for the position of Associate Director - Supply Planning – APAC Hub, based in Sofia.

How you’ll spend your day

  • Lead and develop supply planning team - ensure full alignment between market, Hub, and sites on supply planning. 
  • Lead Supply team / supply planners and ensure continuity of supply for all products into APAC/GC countries from In-house and global EMSO sites.
  • Co-ordinate with all suppliers for supply requirements, establish monthly process (R&R) including Escalations etc.
  • Ensure supply replenishments to each APAC/GC country based on demand, safety stock, LT and other parameters for SMI, MTO model, ensure alignment between demand (Market) and supply (Hub/Sites)
  • Establish monthly Supply meeting with Market APAC/GC SC/Demand managers.
  • Establish monthly meeting to discuss open orders, issues, and action plan with key sites for supply continuity to APAC and GC Clusters
  • Manage AOP budgets for inbound logistics into APAC/GC Clusters. 
  • Ensure operational readiness for new launches across all APAC/GC markets by working closely with market SC, sites SC, IM NPI lead, Logistics and other cross functional teams. 
  • Work with global Teva, Actavis and Third-party sites/planners to ensure orders are in place to meet APAC/GC requirements using SAP, APO, DSC, other systems.
  • Maintain data Accuracy for all relevant data parameters in DSC, APO, SAP MDG, ECC and other ERP systems.
  • Manage 36 months rolling forecast for supply / net demand. 
  • Co-ordinate with global logistics, freight forwarders and local custom brokers to ensure timely delivery of stock into 3PL / 4PL / distributors.

Your experience and qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferably in Supply Chain
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in Supply planning with 1-2 years of people management
  • ERP experience preferable SAP, APO and MDG system
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) proficiency
  • Some pharmaceutical industry experience (preferred not necessary)
