Job Summary:

• The Data Infrastructure Management Analyst assists in the management of data assets to ensure proper procurement, storage and usage of these same assets

Specific Duties & Responsibilities:

• Partners with technology infrastructure team, database administrators and other data stewards and data custodians in building and maintaining available relevant data sources
• Supports the Data Infrastructure Management head on the various data architecture-related initiatives aimed towards enriching existing data sources
• Works closely with business units to understand, identify, and prioritize data requirements of each.
• Executes database management process for business-related datamarts–from sourcing of databases, transformation or conversion to user-defined or standard formats, data validation, data quality monitoring
• Assist in the maintenance of a central data catalog, consisting of various metadata such as, but not limited to, source system inventory, source data inventory, data dictionaries, data process inventories, report inventories and business definitions
• Generate various data management reports, specifically for data quality monitoring, data validation and data governance

Technical and Professional Qualifications:

• At least 2 years’ experience in Business Intelligence, MIS and reporting or Data management
• Strong working knowledge of SAS, SQL and MS Excel; exposure to different programming languages and different data solutions are advantages
• Highly strategic in thinking, solid problem solving capabilities and having a result oriented mindset
