The development center of SAP in Bulgaria plays a key role in the defining and developing of the SAP Business Technology Platform. With its more than 1400 professionals, SAP Labs Bulgaria also has strong contributions toward life-cycle management, user interface & user experience across the broader portfolio of SAP products and has recently welcomed new teams focusing on business applications. What you'll do 

• Are you passionate about shaping innovative digital products? Join our dynamic team as a UX Strategist, focusing on product discovery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define user needs, conduct research, and develop UX strategies. Drive product innovation and enhance user experiences from inception to delivery. Bring your creativity and strategic mindset to our team, and help us build exceptional products that delight our users. 
• Lead hypothesis-driven product discovery process, ensuring an outstanding user experience.
• Conduct both qualitative and quantitative research methods, to gather insights and validate hypotheses
• Analyze market trends and user behaviors to inform decision-making and identify opportunities for product expansion or enhancement Map user journeys to understand user needs and pain points, guiding the development of user-centric solutions
• Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and alignment
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and product management teams to translate insights into actionable strategies 

What you bring 

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Design, Psychology, or a related field. Proven experience as a UX strategist or similar role, with a focus on product discovery and research. Your portfolio reflects your experience as a UX strategist or in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. 
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data and insights. Proficient in prototyping and wireframing tools.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. Passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous learning. 
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments is a plus. Experience working in the CI/CD domain is a plus.
