The Director, Digital Design will have the license and responsibility to ensure that the West Elm brand maintains and reaches its potential- confirming its place in as one of the great lifestyle, specialty brands.
In collaboration with Merchandising, Product Development, Store Design, Ecommerce, and Marketing, West Elm will look to the Director, Digital Design to influence and inspire the organization with passion and creativity; to push to new heights across all communication platforms including: photography, advertising, print, packaging, catalogue, and editorial.

The expected starting pay range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000. Applicable pay ranges may differ across markets. Actual pay will be determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. In addition to competitive pay, compensation may include a variety of other components like benefits, paid time off, merit, and bonus opportunities.
