Job Description

At Bosch we will replace our current Organizational and Position Management with Employee Central to gain the benefits for our existing Talent processes in SuccessFactors but later as well on the HR Administration processes. This will have an impact on all the associates at Bosch as well on the connected systems.

As Senior Support Specialist in the 2nd level Support HR IT, you will play an important role, by having an umbrella view over the system landscape and data flows, analyzing the issues interacting with further support teams, connecting the right dots, and at the end helping our users in a fast & efficient way.

BE PART OF OUR BOSCH HR-DIGITALIZATION TEAM

Our team is looking for a Senior Support Specialist for our 2nd level HR IT Employee Central in SuccessFactors. Join our dynamic and multicultural Global Business Services organization in Lisbon, assuming the following responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the 2nd level support activities in the field of Organization and Position Management in SuccessFactors in close collaboration with the IT Support team as well with further support members of connected systems, e.g. all local HR systems;
  • Run the support (analyze, solve, coordinate with other support teams) in an efficient and customer orientated way;
  • Have an umbrella view and knowledge, how systems are connected and data flows.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in HR or IT related field or comparable qualification;
  • Strong knowledge and experience in SuccessFactors especially in the field of organization and position management in Employee Central;
  • 3+ years’ of IT and support experience;
  • Fluent English, both written and spoken (C1 level);
  • Strong intercultural competences;
  • Solution – and customer orientated;
  • Be a fast learner;
  • You like to:
  • Deal with uncertainty
  • Analyze issues (e.g. in data flows)
  • Figuring out route causes
