About the team

This is an exciting opportunity to join a well-established thriving business with a strong pipeline of projects. The current opportunities are based in Adelaide however, you will be joining a truly connected ANZ Water Solutions business who provide the full suite of consulting services from advisory and engineering through to operations and asset management.

The Jacobs water business has water infrastructure and water resources capability in every major city around Australia working across a multitude of markets such as Utilities, Government, Transport, Resources, and Energy Transitioning to name a few. 

Our team is currently working on projects that have a lasting enduring positive impact on our communities such as advisory services for new water sources for agriculture, flood modelling and engineering services to enable greater connectivity, innovative space saving wastewater sludge treatment projects, and major desalination plants in response to our drying climate.

About you

Our strong pipeline means that we are currently seeking candidates across a range of roles at a variety of levels.

  • Successful candidates will have an inclusive mindset and enjoy collaborating across geographies as part of diverse teams.
  • Recognised relevant tertiary qualifications in Engineering or similar.
  • Years of experience commensurate with the level of role being applied for, ideally within a consulting business environment.
  • Be a strong communicator across the various platforms which make for a truly flexible workplace.
  • Be open-minded and willing to adapt with change and transformation. 
  • Demonstrate a passion for the water industry.

About the roles

Right now, we have an immediate need for the following roles:

  • Senior Civil Water Engineer
  • Senior Water/Wastewater Process Engineer
  • Principal Water Consultant 
  • Senior Civil Engineer (Riverine Infrastructure Experience)
  • Team Leader, Water Resources 
  • Principal Water Resources Consultant
