Main Responsibilities

• Production
• o Cooperate with Technical team to ensure existing formulation are optimize to increase efficiency and reduce operation cost.
• o Ensure consistent operating practices
• o Be proficient in structured problem solving practices to drive root cause investigations for manufacturing related issues both internally and in the field
• Supervise processes in detail and prepare the implementation plans to ensure the qualities are met.
• They have to implement the transition of new technology to make sure production continues successfully without any hassles.
• Improve the present manufacturing or production processes to boost productivity, quality, and profitability for a company,.
• Resolve day- to- day technical problem on the production line and ensure no issues from the designed production processes.
• Ensure and support to safety system in PPG.
• Coach and provide process knowledge to sub-ordinates or other department for better understanding and support the business.
• Understand and utilize FMEA’s as part of product design, process design and operations to drive standardization.
• Benchmark the manufacturing process with the key Coatings Production Centers around the world. Drive toward a global standard.
• Support implementation of IATF 16949, ISO9001, GMP-HACCP, OHSAS18001, ISO14001 & EHS Management system 

Qualifications

• Minimum years of experience in process engineering field, should be at least 4 years.
• Educational background in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or Mechatronic Engineer. Minimum must have a Bachelor’s Degree.
• The incumbent must be knowledgeable and experienced in the use of Business Process Improvement tools, including Lean, Sigma Logic.
• Develop problem solving skills with the ability to work with associates in reaching consensus problem resolution.
• The incumbent is the primary manufacturing process, Ensures the attainment of consistent production procedures, quality procedures, and equivalent production equipment.
• Expertise in troubleshooting.
• Experience in paint and coating industry is a major plus.
