The Program Manager (PM) will serve as the primary liaison between the Contractor and the Government, providing leadership and direction to all contractor personnel assigned to the contract and task orders. The PM will be responsible for ensuring the quality and efficiency of the contract, encompassing both technical aspects and business processes. This role requires a decisive individual capable of managing complex issues and making critical decisions on behalf of the Contractor’s organization in response to Government concerns, issues, or problems. 

This opportunity is contingent upon award.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  1. Leadership and Guidance: Provide overall leadership and guidance to contractor personnel, ensuring alignment with contract requirements and objectives. 
  2. Performance Management: Supervise technical efforts and manage overall performance for the contract, including task assignments and ongoing performance evaluations. 
  3. Client Relationship Management: Act as the primary point-of-contact for the Government, responding to inquiries, concerns, and comments promptly and effectively. Proactively identify and address potential contractual or programmatic issues. 
  4. Experience Requirements: Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in managing and controlling complex information systems architectures involving multiple disparate databases, networks, and communication subsystems. Additionally, have at least 5 years of supervisory experience over complex information technology operating environments comprising a diverse workforce of at least 50 individuals with multi-disciplinary job categories and skills. 
  5. Integrated Management: Demonstrate proficiency in the management and support of integrated management plans and schedules. 
  6. Service Management: Exhibit expertise in managing both on-premise and off-premise service-oriented and cloud requirements, including service level agreements (SLAs) and metrics, on contracts of similar size and scope. 
  7. Collaboration: Collaborate with other technology contractors and service providers, negotiating contracts, monitoring service performance, and ensuring cost-effective solutions aligned with the organization's needs 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred and 18 years of total experience, or a Masters and 16 or a PhD and 13
  • PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to lead diverse teams and manage complex projects effectively.
  • In-depth knowledge of information technology systems and architectures.
