Dynamis is seeking a Human Capital/Workforce Planning Consultant to conduct a full scope of workforce planning and analytics activities including data analytics, workforce trend analysis, forecasting and supply/demand gap analysis to inform workforce strategies. This position is responsible for providing input into short and long-term workforce planning processes using business data and workforce metrics and identifying areas of process improvement, gathering and analyzing workload-related data, developing analytical models, forecasting workforce requirements, and coordinating workforce planning activities across the organization. 

Responsibilities:

As a Human Capital/Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant, you will:

  • Act as lead and work with senior Executive level Government personnel on highly sensitive and complex strategic human capital issues, challenges, and activities.
  • Develop and execute large-scale, multi-faceted workforce programs and, projects that may include assessment, planning, data gathering, analysis, feedback, recommendations, reports, and other related work.
  • Leverage knowledge of Federal Human Resource/Human Capital management laws, policy, and methodology to identify mission critical position and skill requirements, analyze gaps, recommend staffing, recruitment, succession planning, and talent development strategies.
  • Develop and implement a Human Capital Workforce Action Plan to address Recruitment, Talent Development, Retention, Employee Engagement, Diversity and Succession Planning.

Requirements:

  • A Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or any related field and at least 6 years of experience; or Bachelor’s Degree in related field and at least 8 years of experience.
  • Strategic human capital planning, organizational planning and assessment, workforce analysis experience.
  • Full-life cycle strategic workforce planning.
  • Applying workforce planning to determine an organization’s optimum workforce balance including position management and structure, job design, talent acquisition strategy and workforce development.
  • Creating an enterprise workforce plan focused on mission critical occupations and the assessment of future capability requirements.
  • US Citizenship and an active security clearance and/or ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and analysis software Ability to work independently and as a team player, promoting cooperation and collaboration.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with a variety of audiences, including technical, professional, and administrative specialists at all organizational and hierarchical level.
  • Ability to work remotely and attend onsite meetings as needed in Washington D.C. during core business hours and travel as needed.

Preferred:

  • Knowledge of human resources management sufficient to evaluate and make recommendations concerning overall plans and proposals for complex projects and to develop, interpret, and analyze data extracts and reports from automated HR databases.
