Digital inclusion. The open position is for a candidate who desires to work with government clients and

bring about a change in society. A successful candidate will be expected to work pro-actively and

effectively on multiple client engagements over the period of time and take ownership of the entire

project delivery he/she entrusted with.

Broad Role / Responsibilities

  • Project Management, BPR, office administration, GPR, Bid Process Management
  • Independently handling similar e-Governance assignment in large scale projects in India as a

Project Manager/leader/ Team Lead

  • Understand the technologies used in Land Management like GIS, Digitization, Surveys
  • Experience in conducting capacity building training.
  • Good is client relationship and team management

Broad Experience & Expertise Requirements

Minimum 15 years of work experience with at least 6 years of relevant work experience in Land Records

Computerization, Digitization of Land Parcels, Use of GIS on Land Administration OR similar e-

Governance assignment in large scale projects in India as a Project Manager/leader/ Team Lead.

Specific Past Work Experience Requirements (Essential)

  • 15 Years of experience
  • Out of above 6 years of relevant work experience in Land Records Computerization, Digitization of

Land Parcels, Use of GIS on Land Administration OR similar e-Governance assignment in large

scale projects in India as a Project Manager/leader/ Team Lead.

Educational Qualifications

  • B.E / B.Tech. with MBA in any stream

Certifications (Desirable):

  • PMP/PRINCE 2/ITIL certified

Personality traits (a must)

  • Strong communications skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to handle complex assignment independently
  • Ability to work with ambiguity. Taking a systematic, structured view of situations.
  • Ability to interact with client (senior government officials)
  • Demonstrating willingness to ‘get hands dirty’ and developing a problem-solving attitude
