Project Manager- Fire, Security & Building Management Solutions

We have an opportunity for a Project Manager to join us at Honeywell in BUCHARESTRO. Be the one who will be responsible for end-to-end projects within Honeywell Hungary. In this role, you will support development programs within one of Honeywell's businesses and implement program plans, budgets, schedules and execute a programmatic MOS (Management Operational System), support forecasting & capacity analysis related to delivery requirements. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key requirements:

  • Ensure time delivery of the projects, within the scope with zero or positive deviation;
  • Monitor the project process to identify opportunities for improving the project;
  • Maintain customer satisfaction at acceptable levels and resolve customer issues;
  • Monitor Financial performance monthly basis and review estimates versus actuals across their project deck /progress in percent, cost, revenue, billing, unbilled etc./ continuously improve and install operational metrics;
  • Ensure projects are resourced properly.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in complex projects (preferable in Building industry-BMS/Fire/HVAC, Low Voltage Installations,
  • Energy Efficiency or Energy Performance sector;
  • Bachelor’s degree in technical filed (preferable in the first place Electrical, Security Systems, Low Voltage or Mechanical field);
  • Proficient Technical English is required and advanced level of Romanian;
  • Category B license.
