Job Description

In this role you have the opportunity to

support crucial projects in employee engagement, organize meetings, assist in HR tasks, and handle data analytics and GDPR follow-up. You'll thrive in our dynamic environment, connecting with people at all levels and making a tangible impact on our organization's success.

Your tasks

• Support project work for Employee Surveys, including data analysis, stakeholder follow-up, and activity planning.
• Assist in organizing team meetings and local Townhalls, handling invitations, agendas, and action item follow-ups.
• Support HR Manager in designing and implementing local well-being initiatives.
• Aid in various HR tasks such as vacation status follow-up, legal advice retrieval, and support for local meetings like the Occupational Health Committee.
• Prepare statistical reports and data analytics.
• Assist in GDPR compliance activities.

You’re the right fit if you

• are a ‘second-year-in’ student within e.g. HR or business administration.
• speak and write fluent Finnish and English on high-level, knowledge of Swedish/Norwegian language is a plus (not mandatory).
• are used to working in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and other office tools.
• are a pro-active, detailed-oriented, independent, and ambitious person.
• are extrovert and collaborative and find it easy to connect with people at all levels.
• thrive in a dynamic environment working with projects, data and documentation.
