WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As a Head of Global services & Europe costs, you will lead the cost budgeting and management processes, putting special focus in Transfer Services among SCIB countries, especially SAN SA branches.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:

• Coordinating, monitoring and reporting MPC Global and Europe countries costs budget, including multi-year strategic exercises as well as internegocios and entities management.
• Transfer and Global Books management for Global/ Regional Teams: Assessment of the transfer pricing methodology to be applied, calculation / communication of the transfer figures by service/country/products, assessment of the transfer mechanism (cash vs MIS) according to the tax analysis of linked revenues, delivery of tax evidences.
• MPC Global & Europe Costs Management in MIS view: Deep analysis of costs based on group’s official financial information (Finance), providing the breakdown of the operating cost structure, covering all the business information requirements and advising on potential cost optimization initiatives.
• Maintenance of the inputs required by Control de Gestión for MPC Global and Europe (INCOS..).
• Management of the costs control model and costs approval processes in MPC Global and Europe, establishing cost control mechanisms, cost checks and implement and end to end cost control process for MPC global and Europe that meets regulatory requirement and enables the management team to have control over vendors and expenditure.

EXPERIENCE

15+ years experience in a similar role.

EDUCATION

Degree in Business Administration, Economics or Engineering.

• Financial Analysis and Control: Demonstrates the ability to interpret Santander’s financial information, identify key issues and put in place controls and measures to mitigate.

• Business Strategy & Planning: Demonstrates awareness and understanding of Santander’s business strategy and model and translates vision into priorities and direction.
• Experience in leading transformational projects with proven track record.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
