Halliburton’s Real Estate Services organization is a CRE function that is accountable for all leased/owned property supporting Halliburton’s energy services business lines. The Design and Construction group works within this department as a strategic partner to the business lines to help optimize the real estate footprint to meet the changing facility needs in this dynamic industry. The D&C Project Manager is a independent, outgoing, detail oriented, technically proficient and partnership-focused individual who invests in relationships, executes to the highest level, and is not afraid to challenge the business case behind and real estate requirement in order to get to the right solution for each problem, without ego getting in the way. Backgrounds in design, engineering, construction are favorable.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Under general direction, plans and manages assigned Real Estate Services projects including design, construction, renovation, or replacement of company office, laboratory, manufacturing, warehouse, service center, and site infrastructure facilities.
  • Supervises up to 20 subcontract employees.
  • Coordinates diverse activities within a functional area.
  • Plans work. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.
  • Job role contributes directly to value creation.

Qualifications:

  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in architecture, engineering, or business administration and 10 years of experience in project management which includes experience in facility construction or remodeling.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Lead Real Estate Projects Coordinator.
