Resp & Qualifications
PURPOSE:
Serves as the creative lead for the enterprise, bringing creative concepts to life through the design, development and publishing of public-facing websites, email, social media, online ads, other digital content, marketing assets and communications. The role manages a multi-disciplinary team of graphic designers, digital designers, web editors, developers and production staff ensuring that business objectives and corporate marketing goals are met. Collaborates with leaders across the organization on driving business results from the idea phase to the execution for all creative projects.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
QUALFICIATIONS:
Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Digital and Creative Design, Marketing, Business or related field.
Experience: 8 years demonstrated progressive experience at an ad agency and/or in-house creative service
3 years management experience
