Your role

Are you interested in program management and digital transformation? Do you like to continuously improve processes? We look for someone like that to: – support the Wealth Management Online (WMO) program managers in organizing and managing the overall initiative and ensure appropriate communication and coordination between the respective sub-programs and -projects – conduct program management tasks such as status reporting, budget and cost control as well as risks, issues and delivery tracking on program level – prepare, lead/support and post-process WMO related governance and steering committee meetings – gather project related data from program managers, control functions as well as various databases – conduct analysis and graphical representation of the data – create and publish regular and ad hoc WMO initiative and program reports – ensure implementation of quality assurance and programs adherence to the program management framework

Your team

You’ll be working in the Multichannel Management & Digitization's Wealth Management Online program team in our Wroclaw office.

WMO is a strategic multi-year program with the aim to digitize the UBS investment process and to implement innovative multi-channel advisory services for Wealth Management clients. Before WMO, investment services have exclusively been provided by the client advisor. With WMO the clients receive individual investment advice online, can execute it by themselves, get access to premium research content and extended information about their portfolios.

WMO closely collaborates with partners in the entire bank. As a Program Management Officer WMO you will be part of the strategic WMO initiative core team.

Your experience and skills

You have: – a university degree with business administration, finance, controlling or technical background preferred – Minimum 3-4 years of experience in project management or program management office – strong analytical and reporting skills with a structured, self-employed approach – a distinct service orientation and good interpersonal skills across seniority levels – very good skills in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and PowerPoint) – some experience with project management, planning and reporting tools – knowledge of the banking business and banking processes considered an additional asset

You are: – well versed in communicating and interacting with various stakeholders – interested in the development of efficient program management related processes – able to prioritize own workload on a daily basis and work under pressure – excellent in written and spoken English, German as additional asset
