Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and operationalize strategies to define product coverage, pricing, and service levels for key customer segments.
  • Create plans across the Laboratory Solutions portfolio specific to grow share of wallet in specific customer segments.
  • In collaboration with Marketing Operations teams create innovative campaigns to support the segment-based value offers and drive the desired target audience buying behaviors
  • Work closely with North America Laboratory Solutions Marketing and Sales teams to achieve targeted KPIs and deploy strategies in the distribution and national reference lab segment
  • Defines segment opportunities, business case, customer personas, and customer requirements necessary to meet market demand and adoption.

Required Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience

  • Minimum BA/BS degree with emphasis in marketing and/or commercial execution excellence; MBA or MS preferred
  • 7+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Laboratory Diagnostics experience required. 
  • Results oriented; ability to design scalable solutions to address business questions and/or challenges; self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality work projects on time; attentive to detail
  • Ability to work across business lines and partner with various stakeholders to build consensus and achieve business results
  • Strong customer-facing skills from needs identification to delivering executive business case presentation.
  • Ability to lead and effectively collaborate across multiple marketing and sales organizations
  • Strong analytical skills, with proven track record of creativity in problem solving and customer needs resolution
  • Expert knowledge of the laboratory solutions and how they are utilized by distributors and national reference laboratories
  • Experience in a matrix organization and the ability to influence beyond lines of direct control
  • Experience in leading multi-cultural teams and building relationships
  • Ability to travel (25%), as needed

The pay range for this position is $145,000-$200,00 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The annual incentive target is (15%) of base pay. Siemens Healthineers offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay.
