Global Project Lead - GTM & strategy Lead, NASH

The position

As a Global Project Lead, GTM & Strategy Lead, your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting GTM and strategy development and implementation in collaboration with the global GTM and strategy associate director through analysis, development of frameworks and tools, presentations, and change management.
  • Providing project management, tactical coordination, and executional support on prioritized GTM and strategy projects.Leading coordination on market research planning and execution, as well as AB planning and follow-up across the global commercial team.
  • Developing tools and frameworks to support GTM and strategy implementation at the regional and affiliate level.
  • Supporting portfolio alignment on GTM strategy and overall strategy across the semaglutide molecule and the NASH pipeline. Working with a broad array of global internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A commercial or scientific master’s degree.
  • Minimum 9-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Disease or market knowledge within NASH is a clear advantage.
  • Experience in a multinational organization and/or consultancy.
  • Proven results from managing projects and strategy implementation.

About the department

The Commercial – GBS unit is responsible for driving deliverables for multiple Corporate Vice President (CVP) areas within Commercial – GBS. This includes Insulin, GLP-1 and Obesity Marketing, Market Access, Commercial Planning, and Commercial Operations. The department also supports BioPharma global marketing for Haemophilia and growth disorders. Located in Bangalore, India, our team is dynamic and fast-paced, working together to make a difference in the lives of patients worldwide.
