What you can expect:
- Follow the whole process from creating product orders to delivery, control the loading lists,
- Monitor the shipments and organise forwarder,
- Coordinate foreign trade operations,
- Organize the product transfers from warehouse to stores,
- Organise the Interstore transfers according to sales KPI,
- Analysing line & collection sales and making related reports and make suggestions for the possible actions should be taken,
- Analysing every aspect of bestsellers i.e. price points, colours and ensuring that best sellers reach their full potential. Monitoring slow sellers and making suggestions to accelerate performance,
- Following up action plans via communicate with other departments about the product on a weekly basis,
- Providing and tracking product data entries in online business,
- Monitoring the sales histories of various products to maximize efficiency of retail space,
- Ensuring that the right product is available at the right time, in the right quantity, and in the right stores according to the sales potential of the products and stores; To prevent loss of sales due to insufficient stock and creation of stock costs due to excess stock,
- Organize stock count and make stock corrections,
- Support merchandise operations,
- Support stores according to their needs and expectations,
Your profile:
- Bachelor's degree in related field,
- Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position, especially in retail sector,
- Good command of both written and spoken English,
- Excellence in Microsoft Excel. Good knowledge of MS Office,
- Preferably SAP knowledge,
- Flexibility for travel,
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines,
- Strong multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities,
- Having an analytical approach and proactive problem solving skills,
- Ability to collaborate with related departmans and effectively communicate with store teams,
