About the Role:
We are seeking a Contract Analyst I to join our Central Laboratory Services Contracting team. A successful candidate would preferably have Clinical Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical industry background. Candidates should know how to develop, review and negotiate contractual agreements (including Master Agreements), be proficient in contract administration, and be comfortable working with numbers and data entry (experience with SalesForce/Conga CMS is a plus)! Great communication skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple contractual deliverable are keys to success. The candidate will also demonstrate the ability to work both independently, and as part of a team, as they will be interacting with key internal and external stakeholders to help drive the contracting process forward to successful finalization. We are a global contract management team, therefore flexibility across time zones may be required from time to time. This is a remote position, offering flexibility for the candidate as well to manage work and family obligations. We are looking for a candidate that is able to quickly adapt and contribute to our global organization by supporting our mission to improve lives through improving health.
