A Snapshot of Your Day 

As a CRM Product Owner (f/m/d), you will drive innovation, process, and system harmonization for our Generation Service Central organization in the CRM portions of Salesforce and its related integrations. Your focus will be on coordinating work in a specific business process area to ensure alignment within these systems across our regions. The team and stakeholders you coordinate are cross functional, including marketing, IT, operations, sales and field service. 

You create business value by helping to unlock the power of our CRM tools and integrated systems. You support a harmonized vision and roadmap, delivering high-quality and impactful enhancements to your cross-functional partners. You work closely with your global partners and stakeholders to understand what capabilities are needed on a global scale and use your judgment to identify specific global or regional market needs. This is an opportunity to apply your unique innovation and collaborative skillsets. to drive product ownership in support of the wider business.

How You’ll Make an Impact 

  • Support GS C Service on global Salesforce / CRM strategy, implementation, and integration
  • Act as Agile Product Owner with a developer team(s) in support, project, and related requests
  • Identify, prioritize, and communicate process and system requirements across key stakeholders (Sales and marketing, field operations, IT, etc.)
  • Defining business and system requirements for CRM product enhancements; ensuring alignment with IT Architecture, Business Strategy and Ste-Co priorities
  • Collaborate / Consult across Siemens Energy Business Areas (BAs), especially ensuring GS C Service scope is integrated with other Siemens Energy strategic programs (CRM, S4Unify, Data Management, etc.). This may include presenting to a Steering Committee and Change Management Board when required.
  • Support the development of tools and reporting that interfaces with CRM products. (e.g. Analytics, SAP, CPQ, etc.)
  • Provide end user training on the implemented product changes and best-practice utilization

What You Bring

  • University degree in engineering, business, marketing, computer science or related fields
  • Long term-experience in the energy market with a focus on one or multiple areas such as Service Sales, Service Program implementation
  • Experience with Salesforce as it pertains to GS C Service.
  • Experience of project management and implementation, strategic planning, budget/ target setting and training delivery; experience in Agile methodologies Is preferred
  • Supervisory/ management experience would be beneficial but not essential
  • Relationship builder with strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal skills that can lead and motivate a global diverse team
  • Fluent skills in German and English
