Overview

The Graphic Designer is responsible for design and implementation of digital and traditional marketing pieces including email, brochures, catalogs, videos, flyers, pack-ins and web promotions. They will work closely with internal teams to help create marketing graphics to be integrated into the overall marketing strategy and work on implementing ecommerce visuals with both design and web best practices in mind. This individual will serve as the company photographer and videographer, both pre- and post-production for small to mid-size projects.

Responsibilities

Summary:

The Graphic Designer is responsible for design and implementation of digital and traditional marketing pieces including email, brochures, catalogs, videos, flyers, pack-ins and web promotions. They will work closely with internal teams to help create marketing graphics to be integrated into the overall marketing strategy and work on implementing ecommerce visuals with both design and web best practices in mind. This individual will serve as the company photographer and videographer, both pre- and post-production for small to mid-size projects.

Organizational Impact:

As a member of the Cardio Partners digital marketing team, this individual will contribute to design of marketing materials both used by our sales force and seen by our customers each day. Through design of marketing materials, customers will come to understand our products and services, and evaluate the professionalism, approachability, and trustworthiness of our business.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize graphics for landing pages, email, banners, videos, flyers, and brochures for multiple brands.
• Ensure designs are on-brand and files are created and saved to industry best practices.
• Create design solutions, such as collateral, photos, videos, and illustrations, to effectively communicate key messages to customers.
• Management and execution of photoshoots of AEDs and product accessories.
• Assist in development, implementation, and adherence to the Company&rsquos brand strategy.
• Build and implement brand-specific collateral and visuals to support ecommerce, training, sales, and service departments.

Skills Required:

• Solid understanding of ecommerce and engagement design.
• Ability to consider and design with typography, composition and color best practices in mind.
• High comfort level interpreting and designing to brand guidelines.
• High capability to utilize digital cameras, edit photos, set up lighting and background equipment.
• Highly organized and detail oriented able to organize and prioritize tasks to meet multiple, stringent deadlines.
• Experience Required:
• Bachelor&rsquos Degree in Graphic Design, Photography, Videography or related field
• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or graphic design role, preferably in an ecommerce business.
• High Proficiency with Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Premier Pro etc.)
• HTML5, CSS3, jQuery and Javascript knowledge a plus.
