The Role and What You’ll Do:

Seeking designers of all levels. Aestheticians. Design-thinkers. Visual provocateurs. You make thoughts tangible. You visually command, demand, and earn attention for unsung stories. You’re adept at typography, iconography, photography, and perhaps-a-few-more-ographies we can’t think of. You know the difference between a logo and a brand and want to work at a place that makes brands. You know the programs, and you know which ones we’re talking about. You’re comfortable swimming in any lane—digital, video, print, identity, apps, anything.

If you’re a designer seeking a challenge, we’re seeking you.

As the branding division of a global cultural marketing agency, our collective charge is to elevate ideas, elevate each other, and elevate our client’s stories in the hearts and minds of their customers. This challenging and rewarding act of building worlds starts with four simple tasks that you will do every day.

Thinking: At 160over90 ideas come first. You learn the brand. You live it. You question, diagnose, and solve. You employ art and logic and lived experience to dream up fun solutions to complex problems.

Making: Here, your craft is unparalleled. The act of deconstruction, reconstruction, and serious play push you to find unexpected visual solutions that do more than look good. You make things, and we make it possible.

Motivating: We champion one another. You push others’ ideas as much as you believe in yours. You iterate, reiterate, and give your perspective to elevate work for all.

Elevating: The first solution isn’t always the solution. It can be better. You push it to be more than it is. You do, outdo, redo until you breakthrough to work that it meets standards high enough to fill your book.

You Have These:

  • Typographic sensitivity and expertise
  • Photographic editing and compositing skills
  • All relevant design programs
  • Knowledge of color and symbol theory or research capabilities
  • High level of resourcefulness
  • Broad conceptual ability
  • Presentation skills
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills
