About the Role
- Involvement in business process improvement and ERP enablement initiatives
- Conduct business needs analysis and identify key business challenges choices based on knowledge of Ariba capabilities and constraints
- Identify improvement opportunities to achieve clients’ desired business outcomes and engage clients in workshops and interviews to analyses process and reporting requirements
- Advise clients on industry/cross-industry leading practices and on SAP recommended processes and functions
- Design target state SAP solutions for clients and influence clients’ thinking in adopting leading/standard practices while developing target state
- Analyse application landscape to design interfaces to SAP solution
- Perform SAP configuration and tests and develop specifications for development of forms/reports/ interfaces
- Define ‘To-Be’ stage of processes, procedures, organisations, capabilities, solution application requirement and performance measurements
- Develop deployment/enablement strategy, roadmap and plan to achieve ‘To-Be’ stage effectively
- Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team and mentoring juniors
- Strong project management experience
- Manage/conduct deployment activities and measure achievement of desired outcomes
- Support team with gaining access to tenders, build proposals, win work and deliver projects
- Effective stakeholder management skills
About You
- A recognised degree qualification
- Minimum of 8 - 10 years and above of relevant experience, preferably in a professional services firm
- Strong understanding of how business processes work and integrate in an ERP environment
- Prior experience in area of Ariba Sourcing, SIPM and Contracts space with minimum one implementation, where upstream and downstream Ariba solutions were involved/in scope
- Involvement in full life cycle of SAP Ariba Sourcing, SIPM and Contracts implementations
- Ability to design and drive changes for business process reengineering and organisational change
- Good understanding of SAP ERP functionalities in Supply Chain Management (Procurement/Sales/Manufacturing)
- Business experience in large organization in procurement and sourcing, vendor and contracts management
- Must have knowledge of Ariba Contracts, Ariba SIPM and Ariba P2P
- Must have Ariba configuration, enhancement and customization experience
- Must have experience with integrating Ariba solutions with SAP and non-SAP applications
- Demonstrated success in multicultural work environment
- Sound understanding of business process, industry nuances and leading practices in area of focus
- Ability to facilitate effective workshops to lead target state design
- Broad understanding of SAP design and appreciation of Digital Enterprise and Emerging Technologies
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Strong client service mindset with good project management skills
- Flexibility to travel in the region when required
