What you’ll do

  • Responsible for developing, expanding and growing our SMART lighting business in the Retail and Hospitality (R&H) segment across Viet Nam.
  • Execute sales strategy and deliver sales targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities together with your sales colleagues of the Viet Nam professional sales team.
  • Be the technical sales specialist for the R&H segment in Viet Nam, you will take ownership of the most complex SMART lighting opportunities and close them because of your deep understanding of the segment and our solutions.
  • Be a trusted advisor to your customers and ensure high client satisfaction.
  • Internally, lead the transformation of Signify as we are becoming the world's largest smart lighting solution provider.
  • And everything else which comes with the role of a modern sales person; documenting the sales pipeline & visits in CRM software, ensure timely collection of payments and always be on top of the latest trends and developments in the market. Just to name a few...

Your qualifications

  • A technical sales guru who masters both the technical as well as the commercial aspects of the solutions you have been selling.
  • 10+ years combined sales, sales engineer, technical pre-sales experience gained from the Consulting/ IT / Building Automation industry / IoT / Lighting / System integrator Industry.
  • A wide network in the real estate, hospitality and/ retail sector. You have close connections with key stakeholders such as real estate owners, hotel operators, large retailers, architects, consultants and interior designers.
  • Proven track-record in solution selling, knowledge of value based selling principles and you annually outperform your sales targets.
  • (Smart) lighting selling experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred
  • Excellent English communication and presentation skills
  • A team player mindset and excitement to bring the entire business to the next level
